> ENCRYPTION_LEVEL: MAX – We do not harvest data; we quantify potential. In a landscape of terminal data slop, the BLACK SCREEN DIVISION functions as a black hole for irrelevant noise. Whatever we discern about you remains locked behind a fortification more resilient than your own craving for anonymity. [DSGVO_STATUS: ARMORED]

PRIVACY POLICY

1) Operational Context & Controller Identity

1.1 We acknowledge your presence on this interface. Below, we provide transparency regarding the handling of your personal data during system interaction. Personal data constitutes any information that allows for your individual identification.

1.2 The primary controller and architectural anchor for data processing on this website, pursuant to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), is: BLACK SCREEN DIVISION e.U. [Owner: Magnar L. BLACK Unterneudorf 1, 8102 Passail, Austria Tel.: +43 664 927 6799 Email: contact@blackscreen.vision].

The controller is the natural or legal entity who, alone or in conjunction with others, dictates the purposes and mechanics of personal data processing..

2) Transmission Flux: Automated Data Collection

2.1 During purely informational use of our interface—where no registration or active transmission occurs—we only capture the data transmitted by your browser to our server (the "Server Logfiles"). To display the system architecture correctly, we record the following systemically essential data:

  • Accessed URL

  • Timestamp of access

  • Data volume transmitted (in bytes)

  • Referrer source (origin point)

  • Browser specifications

  • Operating system version

  • IP address (anonymized where applicable)

Processing is conducted under Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR, based on our legitimate interest in maintaining system stability and functionality. No further transmission or exploitation occurs, though we reserve the right to perform a forensic audit of logfiles in the event of suspected illegal activity.

2.2 For the fortification of data transmission and sensitive content, this system utilizes SSL/TLS encryption. An active secure connection is indicated by the "https://" prefix and the lock icon in your browser interface.

3) Identifier Persistence: Cookies

To ensure the attractiveness of the interface and enable specific functionalities, we utilize Cookies—small data fragments stored on your terminal device.

  • Session Cookies: Automatically purged upon termination of the browser session.

  • Persistent Cookies: Remain on your device to archive system settings.

Processing occurs under Art. 6 (1) (b) (contractual fulfillment), Art. 6 (1) (a) (explicit consent), or Art. 6 (1) (f) (optimization of system efficiency). You may configure your browser to reject these identifiers; however, this may lead to a fragmentation of the user experience and restricted functionality.

4) Active Interaction: Contact Protocols

When you initiate contact (e.g., via form or email), personal data is processed exclusively for the resolution of your inquiry.

  • Legal Basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest). If the inquiry targets a contractual bond, Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR applies.

  • Purge Cycle: Data is deleted once the circumstances confirm a final resolution, provided no statutory retention mandates exist.

5) Neural Analytics: Google Analytics 4

This website utilizes Google Analytics 4, a service provided by Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, 4 Barrow St, Dublin, D04 E5W5, Ireland).

  • Mechanism: GA4 utilizes cookies to record information, including your IP address (truncated for anonymity). Data may be transmitted to Google LLC in the USA.

  • Purpose: Evaluation of usage patterns and report generation for the Division. Data is retained for two months and subsequently purged.

  • Consent Requirement: This deployment occurs strictly under Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR. Without your explicit consent via our Consent Tool, GA4 remains inactive. You may revoke consent at any time with future effect.

  • Extensions: This system may utilize Google Signals (cross-device tracking for users with personalized ads enabled) and UserIDs (tracking across multiple devices via account sync).

  • Compliance: We have executed a Data Processing Agreement. For US transfers, the provider adheres to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

6) Interface Plugins & Social Infiltration

To facilitate interaction with global networks, we utilize plugins for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

  • Shariff/2-Click Solution: These plugins are initially inert. No data is transmitted until you provide an explicit "Digital Handshake" (activation) under Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR.

  • Consequence: Upon activation, your data (including IP and browser history) is transmitted to the respective providers (Meta, LinkedIn, or Google/YouTube) and may be mapped to your existing profiles.

  • Google Maps: Used for visual location representation (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). Loading the map transmits usage data to Google servers.

7) The Gatekeeper: Cookie Consent Tool
We utilize a Cookie Consent Tool to manage and document your permissions. Technically necessary cookies are deployed to store your preferences. Processing is based on our legal obligation to obtain consent (Art. 6 (1) (c) GDPR) and our interest in a compliant interface (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR).

8) Subject Interventions & System Overrides
8.1 Under GDPR, you possess the following rights regarding your data:

Access (Art. 15)
Rectification (Art. 16)
Erasure / Right to be Forgotten (Art. 17)
Restriction of Processing (Art. 18)
Data Portability (Art. 20)
Withdrawal of Consent (Art. 7 (3))
Right to Lodge a Complaint (Art. 77)

8.2 RIGHT TO OBJECT
IF WE PROCESS YOUR DATA BASED ON A BALANCE OF INTERESTS, YOU HAVE THE PERPETUAL RIGHT TO OBJECT TO THIS PROCESSING FOR REASONS ARISING FROM YOUR SPECIFIC SITUATION. UPON OBJECTION, WE WILL TERMINATE PROCESSING UNLESS WE CAN DEMONSTRATE OVERRIDING LEGITIMATE GROUNDS OR THE DATA IS REQUIRED FOR THE DEFENSE OF LEGAL CLAIMS.

9) Retention Architecture
Data storage duration is determined by the specific legal basis and statutory retention periods (e.g., commercial or tax laws). Once the purpose of collection is fulfilled or the retention period expires, data is routinely purged unless a contractual necessity for continued storage exists.
